Hi, my name is David Moore. I started Indy Tech Pro in order to provide an affordable computer consulting solution to people in these very situations. Indy Tech Pro serves anyone in need of computer help who is located in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
My company's goal is to provide high quality computer services at an affordable rate. This makes it easy for home users to receive the help they need, while providing a competitive IT solution for business owners.
I am able to accomplish this by going into business with this very goal in mind. Because 80% of the work I perform is on-site, I don't have a need for a retail location or a leased office. I keep a dedicated office in my home, therefore keeping my business overhead low.
Being a small business allows some distinct advantages over traditional "help desk" companies. When you call, you will speak with me personally. No long hold times. No explaining your problem to multiple techs before getting an answer. You will begin building a relationship with me from day one, and I will be the one to personally handle all of your IT needs.
I have over seven years of experience in the IT industry, nearly four years of which were spent in a corporate environment working in an in-house IT department. During my time there, I found a great need for IT people serving the general public. So in 2005, I ventured away from the corporate world to begin Indy Tech Pro.
My work and experience primarily consists of Microsoft Windows workstations and servers. However, through partnerships with several area consultants, we are able to provide services for a variety of systems and software.
