All service calls include the following:
Travel time up to 20 minutes one way. After 20 minutes the standard hourly rate will apply.
All hardware repairs include a 90 day warranty for parts and labor
No contract is required; our services may be utilized on an as-needed basis
To avoid the minimum onsite service charge and any travel charges you may incur, you can bring your PC to our home office. Please call to set up an appointment.
Check our service map to see if your home or business is within our free onsite travel area. If you are outside the service area, standard hourly rates apply for travel time.
